Javier’s has had the great opportunity to be involved in high level results-oriented positions during his career. Developing and taking responsibilities quickly have proven to result in positive career moves within the Hospitality and Real Estate arenas. Javier career began with an introduction into the Customer Service and Hospitality which prepared him for the focused areas of customer service, sales and hospitality. Javier feels the passion to succeed in all aspects of his positions.
Currently Javier serves as the Director of Operations for The Hopkins Team, a top producing team with Coldwell Banker, where he focuses on supporting a multi-million dollar producing team of real estate agents and assisting clients with buying or selling real estate. Javier is responsible for the precise coordination and creation of all facets of running a smooth operation and marketing properties.
Prior to that Javier served as the Spa Supervisor for PURE Spa at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort. He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa and served in the capacity of the Director during incumbent’s absence. Javier is comfortable with all aspects of customer service, retail sales, event management, staff management and overall productivity and profitability of a business.
Javier excels in embracing and learning new skills, tasks and duties. Javier has implemented various procedures and guidelines to enhance the outcome of the business and business demand. Past positions have prepared him for his position. Some of these positions include Social Media/Marketing Intern, Resort Front Desk Agent, Resort Relief Auditor, Night Auditor and Retail Sales.
Javier has completed his training at Florida Atlantic University with an Executive Certificate in Hospitality Management. Javier also has obtained his Florida Realtor’s License. To further his education, he is currently pursuing his Associate of Science Degree in Marketing Management.
